Maybe there is a point in that, but right now there is not too much activity here to separate out the discussions.

For now we can tag certain threads as "discussion".

It is possible to keep discussions in the comments, but I agree it is not as convenient to follow a discussion split under several answers and the original post. There may be room for some feature for the discussions, but I would not like to complicate the user interface for the sake of adding this feature.
