Profile text field in user profile - filter fail

It seems that the text filter that renders the "Profile" field in the user profile for 0.7.49 is broken. The HTML isn't rendered, but appears as raw text. Here is an example.

I see that it's not a problem here (still on 0.7.48), nor is it on the "testme" askbot site (0.7.49.1). So is it perhaps just an issue with the AskLibO install? Would be good to have it fixed.
