It seems that some people are on the way out from OSQA or consider it dead (meta.osqa.net/questions/16755/is-osqa-dead).
 
Atlassian seems ready to eat all OSQA sites with its product which allows importing OSQA dumps... does AskBot offer this feature too?

Turns out this is a duplicate of askbot.org/en/question/3184/fundraiser-is-it-possible-to-migrate-from-osqa-to-askbot/ but I can't add "import" there nor close this question as duplicate.
