How do I hide all questions with a specific tag from users who do not look for that specific tag?

Is there a way to make the question and answer feed less indiscriminate of what kinds of questions it displays?

For example, an accountant cares about how much a product costs, but the developer only cares about what framework the product uses. These two do not necessarily overlap at all, but both users use Askbot. Neither wishes to see information pertaining to the other. How can I change the default settings so that a user not looking for something tagged with "developer" cannot see questions tagged with "developer" ?
