Why Askbot has incomplete Documentation

I don't know why Askbot has incomplete Documentation.

I was working with Askbot from last 2 anniversary but I find that Askbot Documentation has incomplete and does not contain complete installation steps.

If you work around other Django projects they have provided complete documentation.

If you are agree with me the please let me explain about this issues.
