The user moderation options "suspended" and "blocked" are fairly obvious, as is the general point of "moderator", but I what do "watched user" and "approved" mean.
"watched" is not functional, "approved" - regular user, "suspended" - can edit/delete only own posts, "blocked" - can login and send feedback and nothing else.
The idea of adding "watched" status was to allow moderators and admins to easily see what those users are doing. Now with inbox feature it will be possible to set that up, i think. Probably there will be another section in the inbox. But right now "watched"=="approved".
Also, moderators differ from admins in that they cannot set anyone's status to "moderator" or remove it. At this time the only way to add admin is to type a unix command:
python manage.py add_admin <user_id>
Other user levels can be set at the user profile's section "moderation".
