IE8, strange red div at the top of the page

Hello. I have noticed that through IE8, there is a strange red div (!?) at the top of the page. Please see the attached image. I am not sure what is the problem. I will investigate at some point, but if any of you have any good tips, are welcome

To investigate what the red div is, try to access some web developer tool and click on the div. Then it should become clear where it is coming from.

Aso I see the google font did not load - are you trying to replace it or you are working on some intranet?

Thanx for the reply. Yes, you may be right. I connect through proxy from my office in work. Indeed, not fonts are loaded as well
