How to disable caching?

I'm trying to do some development, but caching is getting in the way.

How do I disable it?

For that purpose you can use "dummy" cache backend. Here are the old style and new style configuration formats.

I have a problem here - I'm unable to login to my site back as admin again! Is this an issue with cache? or is this a bug? Thanks.
