HTML markup tags shows up in Profile Pages in User's Inbox

The profile Page in Inbox shows HTML markup tag's -

tags and numerous other changes done during editing. (inserted by the WMD editor). We need to fix this.

Hm. Seems to be happening on my hosted site as well (v0.7.44).
