Security issue if a user makes small edits
If a user maks a small(??) changes on his comment, question or answer he can check the box for not sending an email.
But what if he is placing something illigal or harmful links? No one can see it.
I think that at least the moderators should get some notification about all changes.
Or to make this option to be only availiable for moderators or users with karma larger xxx
