How do I upgrade askbot?
Alright, so I have installed 0.7.43, but there are already things that I miss from the master branch (namely LDAP authentication). How do I upgrade Askbot, in this case to the master branch?
In general, where is the upgrade documentation? I have found the install guide to be fairly complete, but it doesn't really explicitly state how to upgrade the site. Maybe I missed something...
