i see this idea important because in very core of this Q&A system, there is a process of identifying the experts. So if you identify one, it is a good idea to follow the expert.

In a system like Askbot.org, there should be an application which you can follow other users' questions and answers. What do you think? Will it make community lazy to browse through the questions and answers?

2010-09-08 06:14:05 -0500 answered a question modularity and extensibility of askbot

Hi everyone,

I agree to the idea, modularity is an important issue when it comes to specific concepts as reputation or tagging and so on. In my humble opinion, reputation, tagging and authentication are basic concepts for a Q&A based web community and should be considered particularly.

Regards.

2010-09-08 05:33:21 -0500 asked a question What are the basic concepts of a web community based on knowledge?

I have been studying the concept of developing web communities and since i experienced 'stackoverflow like' Q&A communities, i decided to focus on concepts of Q&A communities. On a specific issue, a Q&A community is based on knowledge, for sure.
