FeatureRequest: Show comment count on index page
 
   
  
 
 
I think number of comments is a very important post activity, and will like to the comment count on a post listed alongside the other post metrics - votes, answers, views.
 
 
To enter a block of code:
 
     
  • enter empty line after your previous text
    •  
  • paste or type the code
    •  
  • select the code and press the  button above
    •

Sorry, this is not going to happen, because it will complicate the display. But if you really would like this feature you can create a custom skin where comment counts are shown.
