Upgrading from 0.7.50 to 0.7.53 we receive the following error message.

We have the following versions of Django related bits:

Django.  Found using: python -c "import django; print(django.get_version())"   => 1.8.4
Django-debug-toolbar.  Found using: pip show django-debug-toolbar   => 0.7.0
Django-robots.  Found using: pip show django-robots    => 1.0

What does this message mean and how can we resolve it?

I assumed using zest.pocompile and typing pocompile in the directory of /en/LC_MESSAGES/django.po would make the .mo but it seems not to work. Is there a way of changing the strings contained within this file and compiling just this file without compiling everything?
