2016-11-19 20:30:41 -0500	asked a question	New users barely preformat text More like a feature request, but even though there's a nice button in the input text area, new users don't seem to realize it and they usually end up bloating their question with unformatted text, which is in a lot of cases very hard to read. Is there a better way to have them use the preformatted text feature? What I can think of (not sure how practical these are though): Make the button larger Add a text, blink it (too classic)? Run a smart script to detect inline code that's not preformatted?

I confirm that this issue: (v0.7.50) happens in the body text, but does NOT in the code formatted snippet. (v0.7.54, which seems to the one currently this forum http://askbot.org/en/question is running on) does NOT happen. See an example from other site that runs on 0.7.56 as of today. Presumably upgrating the version is one way to resolve the issue.

Switching again breaks the concept of accumulating karma as a contribution. Update Aug 26, 2016) I'm seeing this on http://askbot.org too...
