I am trying to create a question on my hosted Askbot site:

Expat Communities in Costa Rica (besides Escazú)

However, I continually get the following error when I try to submit the new question:

The title is too long, maximum allowed size is 255 bytes

Removing the accent over the 'u' will allow me to post the question:

Expat Communities in Costa Rica (besides Escazu)

This applies when editing an existing question as well.
