How to send email alerts to multiple email id whenever a question is posted

So we are using AskBOt QA for our internal learning .I want to have email sent to multiple users of a group whenever a new question is posted
 
Is there any way to do that ?
 
 
To enter a block of code:
 
     
  • enter empty line after your previous text
    •  
  • paste or type the code
    •  
  • select the code and press the  button above
    •
